During the winter season of 2023, Eastward Media launched a campaign in collaboration with Kohler. Featuring Kohler’s new smart toilets Eir, Veil, and Numi 2.0, we reinvented our customers' image of the dream bathroom showcasing how Kohler’s advanced technology can add and elevate the ambience of homes, just in time for the upcoming 2024 New Year.

Brand Objective

  • Increase awareness of smart toilets and brand recognition among Chinese Americans and Chinese Canadians
  • Drive traffic to stores and convert to sales 
  • Elevate engagement of Chinese Americans and Chinese Canadians

Key Stategies

By partnering with well-known figures within the Chinese-American community, our campaign was able to leverage their influence and credibility to prompt conversations and excitement around the product and brand name amongst our targeted demographic. Our strategic ad placements during key dates also ensured our ability to garner attention and generate relevant interest in the market effectively. However, what truly distinguishes us from other marketing companies is our deep understanding of common media usage behaviours among Chinese Canadians and Chinese Americans, particularly their active engagement on platforms such as RED, WeChat, and Weibo.
