1.1 Creative units and landing pages must be delivered to Eastward Media at least 5 business days before the campaign start date. Delays in receiving assets will postpone the campaign start date accordingly. If there are fewer than 7 calendar days remaining in the planned campaign, the order will be classified as a non-flight.
1.2 Non-Flights: Eastward Media reserves the right to bill 30% of the purchase order. This 30% charge can be credited for the same type of media campaign if flighted within 60 days of the original booking’s end date.
1.3 Cancellation Policy: For campaigns that have already been flighted, Eastward Media requires a 30-day written notice to cancel. Notice is considered received upon written confirmation from the agency or advertiser.
2.1 A maximum of one third-party click tracker is allowed for mobile campaigns, and one third-party impressions/click tracker for desktop display and video campaigns. Only DFA/DCM trackers are accepted. No third-party ad serving tags or wrapped tags are accepted by Chinese publisher networks.
2.2 DCM Tracking Fee: If needed, Eastward Media can provide a third-party tracking service through DoubleClick / Campaign Manager by Google.
3.1 Payment terms are NET 60 or in accordance with your Glacier Media Group A/R agreement.
4.1 Eastward Media purchases media inventory on behalf of the agency or advertiser. However, Eastward Media has no control over where programmatic ad placements will appear. Share of voice on specific platforms or applications is not guaranteed.
4.2 Agency or Advertiser must ensure that all Ads and Ad materials comply with applicable laws, regulations, and any written instructions provided by Eastward Media. Agency or Advertiser are only permitted to advertise legitimate products or services. Eastward Media bears no responsibility for illegitimate products or promotions advertised on its digital channels.
4.3 Agency or Advertiser must provide, or assist in providing, business registration documents when requested by Eastward Media. These documents are required by Chinese publisher networks to verify advertiser campaigns.
5.1 Banner Ad Design: If elected, Eastward Media will create banner ad units on behalf of the agency or advertiser.
